Grants of up to £500 available
Grants of up to £500 available

We welcome all requests and consider as many as possible, though our funds are limited. We generally award up to £500, occasionally more for worthwhile Pinchbeck based projects.

We are very open to all requests for funding and try to consider as many applications as we can, but our funds are limited so we do have to be selective on who we fund.

Generally, we tend to give grants of up to £500 but on occasions we may increase this level of funding for worthwhile projects that catch our imagination and will give significant benefit to local people.

For a bid to be successful it usually needs to demonstrate:

Obvious benefit to people who live, work or study in Pinchbeck and West Pinchbeck.

It is not being used to replace other funding.

It can be spent within 6 months of being received.

It can be paid into an organisation’s bank account.

Exclusions: The following will be excluded from consideration:

Requests from or for individuals

Requests from Public Bodies

Requests to fund political organisations

Submission deadlines

To help ensure that as many local organisations and people can apply, we consider bids on a quarterly basis as follows:

  • Spring – received by 31st March – Considered at April meeting
  • Summer – received by 30th June – Considered at July meeting
  • Autumn – received by 30th September – Considered at October meeting
  • Winter – received by 31st December – Considered at January meeting

How to apply

We have tried to keep the application process as simple as possible but do require you to complete a simple application form (link to form).

Remember, we may not know anything about what you are proposing or who you are so but it is important to give us as much detail as you can on the application form.

We may ask you to attend one of our meetings to help us better understand what you are asking for.

If you are successful, we will ask you promote our grant which may include us taking photographs and asking for an impact report so we can see the benefits you have delivered from our investment.
