About PCLT

Pinchbeck Community Land Trust (PCLT) is registered under the cooperative and community benefits act 2014 as a registered society. Its registration number is 31978R

PCLT has a Board of Trustees who are elected by the membership at the Annual General Meeting. Find out more about our current trustees.

We are based, work and provide our benefits to people who live in Pinchbeck. We actively encourage people to become members of PCLT. If you are interested then please read more about becoming a member of PCLT.

We meet on a regular basis and our meeting dates are published online.

The main aims of PCLT are to...

Maintain or improve the physical, social, and economic infrastructure in Pinchbeck and surrounding areas.

Advance education (particularly concerning asset-based community development and enterprise).

Provide an opportunity for public spirited people and organisations to contribute financially to the community for social benefit.

We deliver our aims by distributing all our available funds each year through a process of application, panel discussion and consensus. You can find out more about how to apply and what we fund. Over the years we have funded lots of projects in Pinchbeck and many organisations have benefitted from our investments.

PCLT was initially established in 2013 to help create an affordable housing solution within Pinchbeck. Find out more about our history online.
